MALPRACTICE AND AGGRAVATION
OF EXISTING INJURIES EXCLUSION CLAUSE

Malpractice:

This Policy does not apply to any liability or expenses caused by or resulting in any manner from medical or surgical treatments malpractice, error, mistake or omission by any doctor, nurse, physician, surgeon, medical attendant or technician or other professional medical attendant.

Existing Injuries:

This Policy shall exclude the Insured's Liability for aggravation of existing illness and/or injury of patients/passengers being carried and liability and consequential loss arising out of the carriage of blood and/or plasma and/or human organs howsoever caused.
