AIRFREIGHT OF SPARES CLAUSE

Notwithstanding Condition 3(a)(ii) of Section I, in the event of the insured Aircraft sustaining damage constituting a valid claim under the terms of Section I of this Policy whereby the repair of such Aircraft requires Aircraft spare parts and/or components the Insurers shall pay for the cost of transportation by air of such spare parts and/or components up to ten percent (10%) of the Aircraft Agreed Value any one accident.
