Aircrew Waiver of Subrogation (Applicable to Section 1 Only)

 
In the event of accidental loss of or damage to the Aircraft insured hereon the Insurers agree to waive their rights of subrogation against the aircrew of the aircraft in respect of any any amount paid by the Insurers for such loss or damage
